Christina Foust

Christina is Director of Operations and a core member of the design team at Day Six Leadership. She brings clarity and structure to visionary work, with expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and program development. Her passion for community and creativity has guided her career in education, leadership development, and social impact where she has a track record of leading and scaling complex initiatives across national and global nonprofits. Christina holds a PMP certification and an M.A. in Education Policy & Administration.

Born on the island of Puerto Rico, Christina has lived across the U.S., with each place shaping and deepening her belief in the power of story and belonging. She finds her truest joy in self-expression and shared experiences. You can find her painting, hosting a book club, or exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dog, Cassie.
