Norka Ayllon

Norka is a Senior Facilitator, a core member of our design team and holder of spiritual practice at Day Six Leadership. Norka Ayllon is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, Colorado—ancestral land of the Arapaho and Ute peoples. She weaves healing practices rooted in her Peruvian Andean Amazonian heritage into both her counseling and training work.

After a decade in the nonprofit sector, Norka established her private practice and has spent the past eight years focusing on decolonized, embodied leadership. Her work supports clients in achieving not only sustainability, but also thriving in both their personal and professional lives.

Throughout her career, Norka has cultivated a sacred balance between Western scientific psychology and Andean Peruvian philosophies, offering a grounded, integrative approach to healing and growth.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Community Counseling, both earned with honors. In addition to her formal education, Norka has studied Andean Cosmology and was ordained as a Priestess in 2022 by her teacher and mentor, Ninfa Gutierrez, a member of the Andean Amazonian cultures of Peru.
